A new employee has just joined the Montreal team:
Damien Dargent, PMP, also holds Value Design certification. In this capacity, he leads value studies at our company. He will also be responsible for business development at Martin-Parrot. Damien comes from an IT background as a client project manager and product manager. He holds a master’s degree in computer systems engineering and has over 20 years of experience in managing major engineering projects. He has been PMP certified since 2010. Among other projects, he participated in the construction of the New CHUM and Hydro-Québec’s MSCR network control system modernization project.
He holds an engineering degree from the École des Mines de Nantes and has training in project management from McGill University.
In addition, we have developed agreements with two new collaborators in Ontario.

Amin is a member of the board of directors of Value Analysis Canada and participates as a facilitator or subject matter expert, in value studies in Canada.
Mr. Mike Pearsall, P.Eng., CVS, FEC. Mike worked for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation for 34 years until his retirement in mid-2025. His career has been primarily focused on highway planning, design, construction, and maintenance. Mike has held various positions within the Ministry of Transportation, including Director of the Provincial Highway Design Office. Mike has been involved in the ministry’s value engineering program since December 1996; he is one of the few certified value engineers in Canada and was the only one in the Ontario public service as of 2020. He is a past president of Value Analysis Canada and a past president of SAVE International. Mike is available to facilitate your value studies in all areas.
